Eric L. Nelson is a 21-year United States Navy retiree, pastor of Covenant Fire Ministries, career counselor, and licensed coach in life, marriage, and business. His leadership background in the military shaped his discipline, accountability, and ability to guide people through high-pressure seasons with clarity and structure.

Eric’s approach to coaching is grounded in real-life experience, not theory. His own marriage journey included broken trust, infidelity, unhealthy patterns, counseling attempts, divorce, and ultimately restoration. That process required personal accountability, spiritual growth, and rebuilding from the foundation up.

He coaches from a place of honesty and practical wisdom. His focus is helping individuals and couples identify root issues, rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and create sustainable change.
